Duties

• Liaising with sales departments to offer installation and product knowledge.
• Liaising with the group compliance manager to ensure training records are up to date.
• Creating documents in racking installation methodology
• Assisting with site set up, put in place best practices, and build methods.
• Providing on site job specific training
• Assisting with calculating installation timelines
• Assisting with onsite trouble shooting
• Supervising on site installations
• Review final installation reports.
• Identify installation issues, put in place improvement plans and create measurable reports.
• As required, act as on site CDM advisor
• Provide toolbox talks.
• Develop reporting tools to monitor the ongoing performance of the crews.
• Serve as the public face of the company.
• Audit installation crews.

Skills & Experience

• At least five years as an installation supervisor *required
• SMSTS *preferred
• CSCS (PQP) *required
• CITB *preferred
• IPAF *preferred
• FLT counterbalance and reach truck *preferred
• QA level 3 First Aider *required
• Temporary works coordinator *preferred
• IOSH *preferred
• CILT *preferred
• Relevant industry experience
• Highly developed organisational skills
• Excellent analytical skills that can be used when making critical decisions.
• Proven management ability
• The ability to think critically.
• A high level of product knowledge
