Contract Services Assistant

The role of Contract Services Assistant will report to the Contract Services Manager and they will be part of a new team that is supporting significant growth within Nene.

The role will be to be the first point on contact for both existing and new clients and to assist them with their enquiries for new and replacement racking. The contract services assistant will be required to put together bespoke quotations based on the client’s individual requirements, take all the installation information and ensure that all the details are accurate.

Role Responsibilities

  • Taking sales orders over the telephone and via email
  • Manage the sales quotations and queries
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure that the contract information is accurate and up to date
  • Liaise in a clear and timely manner with clients and internal staff
  • Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Division manager

Requirements

  • As an ideal contract service assistant, you will be motivated, and target orientated
  • You will be IT literate with experience using various systems
  • Nene are keen to find a positive individual with a strong work ethic, who pride themselves on accuracy and attention to detail.
