Role Responsibilities

  • Represent Nene Warehouse Solutions with an in-depth knowledge of our automation offerings.
  • develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve predetermined annual sales targets.
  • Identify and capitalise on automated solution opportunities.
  • Work closely on new and existing opportunities with the Business Development Manager and Automated Solutions Team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align the sales strategy with overall organisational goals.

Requirements

  • Design, implement and continually improve a scalable Automation Sales Strategy.
  • Develop leads and enquiries to optimise a variety of automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Automated Solutions Team to conceptualise and present industry-leading solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while establishing connections with new clients to understand their warehouse automation needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Lead project tendering processes and support the project teams.
  • Be accountable for achieving in all aspects of the role.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder and competitor analysis. 

Skills & Experience

  • 3 or more years of experience in Automated Solution Sales.
  • Proven success in the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Experience working with targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • inquisitive persona to explore emerging innovation and technology.
  • Superb leadership and solution development abilities.
  • Experience working with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Engineering qualification or relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of the automated warehouse sector, operations, and supply chain management.
  • Proficient in CRM software.
