Wire Mesh Warehouse Solution
The Challenge
Our client, who store a range of high-value goods in a warehouse approached us with a security challenge.
Due to their business holding high-value goods, they wanted to offer a greater level of security around the products they hold in their warehouse. Nene were tasked with coming up with a solution to store these goods securely, from the initial planning stage to installation.
The Solution
4,000mm high wire mesh walls were installed to create a barrier to protect and secure the areas where the high-value goods are stored.
For access, a double door was fitted on one end to provide forklifts with access and a pedestrian door was fitted at the other end.
Wire mesh decks were added to the racking itself and sat off the standard mesh brackets with both ends containing the doors being freestanding structures.
The Finished Outcome
As promised, Nene delivered the project on time.
This gave the client a solution to keep the high-value goods secure in this area of the warehouse but still gave all the required access for both forklifts and personnel, therefore not impacting on the team’s efficiency or practicalities.
