- Market Research and Analysis: Conducting thorough research to identify new market opportunities and understanding the latest industry trends.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Assisting in acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales support: Collaborating with the sales team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on client feedback and market dynamics.
- Networking: Actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and establish professional contacts
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Assisting in tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Collaboration with other departments: Working closely with Marketing, Product Development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to business growth.
- Opportunity Assessment: Carrying out opportunity assessments on new customers to identify larger opportunities that can be escalated to the Head of Business Development for further action.
- Project Collaboration: Working alongside the solutions design team on bigger projects to enhance understanding and contribute to more significant business opportunities.

- Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired and successfully onboarded
- Client Retention: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Project Contributions: Active and effective participation in larger project teams, demonstrating growth in knowledge and contributions to significant business opportunities.
- Sales Revenue Target: To be discussed after successful probation.
Skills & Experience
- Sales experience: Hands-on experience in sales, understanding customer needs, and closing deals
- Account Management Skills: Experience in managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and understanding client requirements.
