The Challenge
Our client, Briggs Equipment, approached Nene Warehouse Solutions after an incoming customer for Briggs Equipment was looking to store in APR circa 12,500 pallets for a busy Christmas Period in Briggs Equipment’s Tilbury warehouse. Nene Warehouse Solutions were required to complete the installation in time for the busy Christmas period.
The Solution
Briggs Equipment was already using the current warehouse for bulk storage of paper reels. With that in mind, the Nene Warehouse Solutions design team were tasked to come up with a design to help Briggs Equipment with their requirement.
The Nene Warehouse Solution Design team came up with the idea to use 11 runs of Adjustable Pallet Racking, with two singles and nine double rows, with multiple numbers, of shelving, ranging from 4-6 levels.
Once the design team presented the Adjustable Pallet Racking with Timber Decking solution, the Nene Warehouse Solutions team supplied and delivered the product, allowing the SEMA-approved installation team to install the products, with enough time before the Christmas period.
The Finished Outcome
The challenge for the Nene Warehouse Solutions team; was to get the site up and running for Briggs Equipment so, their customer suffered no downtime and can prepare for a busy Christmas period. The Adjustable Pallet Racking with Timber Decking was; Designed, delivered, and installed, all within the given time frame.
