The Challenge
A long-standing client approached Nene Warehouse Solutions looking for a small-parts picking solution to fit within an already space-restricted warehouse. With limited available racking bays, the goal was to maximise pick locations without increasing the footprint or reducing picking speed. The system needed to be easily accessible and highly efficient to support fast-moving operations.
The Solution
Nene recommended Storeganizer, a space-saving system designed for compact picking. Installed within twenty pallet rack bays, it introduced 5,624 ground-level pick locations using vertically suspended, heavy-duty fabric pockets. Each pocket can support up to 100kg, making the solution both durable and practical for everyday warehouse use. This setup drastically reduced travel time, increased pick efficiency, and delivered maximum storage capacity within the tightest footprint.
