High Mesh Compound – Confidential Client
The Challenge
A client storing high-value goods approached Nene Warehouse Solutions with a clear objective: to increase security around sensitive stock without compromising operational efficiency. They required a secure compound within their existing facility that would protect valuable inventory while still allowing for fast, streamlined picking and packing.
The Solution
Following a detailed site assessment, Nene designed and installed a 2,200mm high mesh compound enclosing a 300m² area, specifically tailored to house a secure picking zone. To optimise capacity, the team implemented the Pallite Pix system, providing 2,240 clearly organised pick locations. Bespoke packing benches and mobile picking trolleys were also supplied, alongside integrated power connections to support efficient packing operations. The secure area was fully operational from day one, meeting both the client’s security standards and productivity goals.
