PA Packaging had just relocated to a new warehouse following the end of their previous lease and needed to get fully operational within just 10 weeks. With a tight timeline and no existing infrastructure in place, they turned to Nene Warehouse Solutions for a complete fit-out that would optimise storage efficiency from day one.
The Solution
Nene Warehouse Solutions worked from a blank canvas, designing and installing a Drive-In pallet racking system tailored to PA Packaging’s operational needs. Our warehouse design team created a layout that maximised floor space and improved access, supported by the addition of a Pallite Pix storage system for smaller components. Once approved, all materials were sourced from stock, delivered on schedule, and installed by our SEMA-approved team. Despite a tight deadline, the entire solution was delivered within the 10-week window, providing a seamless start to operations. The client praised our clear communication, flexibility, and the professionalism of the team throughout.
