TLV Euro Engineering
The Challenge
TLV Euro Engineering needed a storage solution that allowed pallets to be stored on the floor with shelving above for additional picking requirements. The system had to be space-efficient, allow easy access, and provide enough clearance beneath the shelves to accommodate pallet storage without compromising usability.
The Solution
Nene designed and installed a long span shelving system configured to allow pallet storage directly underneath. Chipboard decking was used for all levels, with the majority of shelves measuring 2700mm wide and smaller sections at 1350mm to suit the layout. The first shelf level was positioned at 1220mm to provide adequate floor clearance for pallet access. The entire area was carefully planned to ensure safe, practical movement around the shelving. From enquiry to installation, the project was completed within two weeks, providing TLV Euro Engineering with a fast, effective solution tailored to their operation.
