Different Types Of AR Sistemas Pallet Racking Products
AR Adjustable Pallet Racking
AR Adjustable Pallet Racking (AR PAL) is designed to store pallets whilst allowing for access using forklifts. The use of adjustable pallet racking is a logistical solution which can be adapted to the unit loads and the forklifts being used.
Depending on the handling equipment SIN, two types of system can be offered:
- APR system for Class 400 (Conventional Racking System)
- APR system for Class 300 or VNA Pallet Racking for Very Narrow Aisle forklift trucks
AR Mobile Pallet Racking
AR Mobile Pallet Racking (AR Mobile) is a system where the pallet racks are built on mobile bases or chassis, which are then fixed onto tracks. The racking movement can be controlled electronically, and a series of technical protective measures are in place to ensure the racking does not pose a risk to workers.
AR Drive In Racking
AR drive in racking is high-density storage that maximizes available space and height in the warehouse by reducing the forklift operating aisles. Drive in racking is most appropriate for storing items in bulk that are not date-sensitive.
AR Push-Back Racking (LIFO)
AR push-back pallet racking is a live storage system designed for LIFO load management (last pallet in, first pallet out). Like other live storage solutions, it is a high-density storage system, effectively optimising available storage space.
AR Live Pallet Racking (FIFO)
AR live pallet racking (AR Live Storage FIFO) is a great solution for warehouses where space-saving and stock turnover is crucial. The system is built on inclined roller beds that allow for loads to be pushed into bays and maneuvered easily, allowing for optimised warehouse functionality. This system uses the FIFO (first in, first out) method.
