Different Types Of Stakapal Pallet Racking:
Stakapal Conventional Cantilever Racking
Stakapal conventional cantilever racking is the most commonly used and most versatile racking system for longer-length products. Racking can be supplied as single or double-sided runs, supported by racks on either side or stand-alone runs to suit the individual customer requirements.
Stakapal Free Path Cantilever Racking
Stakapal free-path cantilever racking consists of rows of racking separated by wider aisles, enabling handling equipment to access the racking easily without any guidance system.
Stakapal Conventional Aisle Adjustable Pallet Racking
Stakapal conventional pallet racking is the manufacturer’s most widely used storage system for palletised loads, as it is highly adaptable to many applications. Typically made of double-sided runs of racking, separated by aisles which dimensions can be tailored to suit the customers needs. Stakapal 2000 Series Conventional Pallet Racking is easily adjustable to accommodate changing warehouse needs, whilst ensuring direct access to individual pallets.
Stakapal Guided Aisle Cantilever Racking
Stakapal Guided Aisle Cantilever Racking has the same fundamental structure as conventional cantilever racking, but with the racks positioned closer together to eliminate the waste of space of a wide aisle. Vertical height is optimised as long products can be stored to a far greater height. Aisles are accessed using specialist trucks which are guided by guide-rail systems to avoid damage to the racking.
Stakapal Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
Stakapal Narrow Aisle Racking is built from the same basic structure as conventional pallet racking, but with runs of racking positioned closer together. This eliminates wasted aisle space that can otherwise be utilised for additional pallet storage. Narrow aisle racking is typically built higher to optimise vertical space fully.
Stakapal Drive-In Pallet Racking
Stakapal drive-in racking is high-density storage that maximizes available space and height in the warehouse by reducing the forklift operating aisles. Drive-in racking is most appropriate for storing items in bulk that are not date-sensitive.
