Different Types Of Link51 Racking
Link 51 Pallet Live Storage
Link 51 pallet live racking uses a ‘first-in-first-out’ (FIFO) system which allows for automatic stock rotation with reduced use of forklift trucks. This type of storage is ideal for environments where stock dates are important. Pallets are loaded onto lanes of inclined rollers so that when a load is taken from the front, the next pallet rolls into position automatically.
Link 51 Very Narrow Aisle Racking
Link 51 very narrow aisle racking is a great solution for warehouses where optimising floor space is of the utmost importance. It allows for the widths of aisles between lanes of storage to be reduced by up to half, compared to standard pallet storage. VNA racking makes excellent use of the space available by maximising the height at which goods can be stored, utilising specialist trucks designed to work in narrow aisles to access the goods stored.
Link 51 Push Back Racking
Link 51 push back racking is highly efficient storage allowing for optimised warehouse capacity. Pallets are loaded onto rollers, carts or trolleys and pushed back along inclined storage lanes. The system automatically sends pallets from the back to the front of the lane for optimised picking.

Link 51 adjustable pallet racking systems can be easily built and adapted to most warehouse locations. APR systems are the most popular pallet racking storage systems in the world and can be tailored to suit many different sectors and applications.
Link 51 Wide Aisle Racking
Link 51 wide aisle pallet racking is most commonly used in industrial and warehouse settings in a wide range of sectors. It is the simplest of racking solutions and allows easy access to every pallet. Wide aisle racking is also easily adjustable to suit changing storage needs.
Link 51 Drive-In Pallet Racking
Link 51 drive-in racking allows for trucks to enter the aisles easily to retrieve loads, whilst maximising vertical and floor space. This type of racking system is ideal for storing non-date-sensitive items in bulk.
Link 51 Carton Live Storage
Link 51 carton live storage is a system of trays on rollers that are designed so that stock can move through to bays, to then be hand-loaded and picked. This system reduces picking times and increases the overall efficiency of warehouse operations. This can also sometimes be referred to as ‘flow racking’.
