Different Types of Esmena Pallet Racking
Esmena Live Pallet Racking
Esmena live pallet racking is a high capacity pallet storage system, ideal for storing goods with high rotation, as well as high consumption goods with a continuous flow. Live racking is built on to roller tracks which move pallets along the system for optimum picking, this allows for perfect pallet rotation using the FIFO method.
Esmena Mobile Pallet Racking
Esmena mobile pallet racking is a system where racks are built on sliding bases, meaning that standard fixed aisle space can be eliminated. This is an ideal option where space is limited, as by controlling the motorised bases the operator can choose which aisle to open to access the stock stored.
Esmena Push Back Pallet Racking
Using Esmena push back racking, storage capacity is highly increased and picking times are reduced, giving overall optimised warehouse operations. Push back racking is a high-density, space-saving, gravity-use storage using a LIFO system. Loading and unloading is completed from the same aisle with capacity for up to four pallets per level.
Esmena Drive-In Pallet Racking
Esmena drive-in racking is ideal for storing large quantities of non-date-sensitive stock, and allows for access to pallets easily with a standard forklift. Drive-in racking makes use of vertical space, and can free up floor space by up to 85% compared to other types of racking structures.
