Dexion Standard Wide Aisle Pallet Racking
Dexion P90 Standard Wide Aisle Pallet Racking allows for easy and unrestricted access to pallets at all times. Available to be installed in single or double depth racks, P90 Pallet Racking is easily adapted to any storage and warehouse needs.
Dexion Narrow Aisle Racking
Narrow aisle racking form Dexion is compact and efficient, allowing it to be used in a wide range of sectors and environments. Narrow aisle racking is Dexion’s ultimate space-saving solution, the perfect option for warehouses where floor space is limited. Narrow aisle racking allows for the widths of aisles between rows of storage to be reduced by up to 50%.
Dexion Mobile Pallet Racking
Dexion mobile racking (MOVO) is a dynamic solution providing up to double the amount of storage space than other racking systems. Offering total flexibility to warehouse spaces; the electronically controlled racking system runs on rails and can carry loads of up to 24 tons, at heights of up to 12 meters. While sensor technology and variable control options ensure ease of operation and absolute safety for workers.
Dexion Drive-In Pallet Racking
Dexion P90 Drive-in Pallet Racking increases warehouse efficiency by reducing aisle loading and unloading times compared to other racking systems, it can also free up as much as 90% of working floor space.
Utilising a ‘first-in-first-out’ (FIFO) system, individual pallets can be accessed one by one from the front of the rack.
Dexion Pallet Flow Racking
Dexion Pallet Flow Racking (also known as ‘Pallet Live Storage‘) allows pallets to travel smoothly on full-width or twin-track rollers. When the front pallet is removed at the front of the rack, the rear pallet is held back. Pallet movement is always safe and smooth thanks to an automatic braking system, along with a combined load guide and end stop unit.
Dexion Multi-Tier Pallet Racking
Dexion multi-tier pallet racking allows for manual pick-lanes to be created at various levels, by providing walkways built into the pallet racking structure. Multi-tier Pallet Racking by Dexion optimises the use of space more effectively than traditional mezzanine flooring structures. This type of racking creates a number of levels and walkways for storing and picking goods – everything from cartons and boxes, to garment storage on hangers.
