Astabridge
The Challenge
Astabridge, a UK-based manufacturer and installer of specialist furniture, displays, and point-of-sale fittings, required a racking solution for a newly erected temporary building. The system needed to be compatible with small reach and pedestrian pick trucks, allowing efficient storage and retrieval of UK pallets in a compact environment.
The Solution
Following a detailed site survey and close consultation with the client, Nene designed a layout that used 2700mm beams housed within 900mm deep frames, tailored specifically for UK pallets. This setup ensured optimal stability, ease of access, and efficient space usage. Despite unexpected delays due to flooring issues, Nene rescheduled promptly and delivered the full supply and installation service with minimal disruption to the client’s workflow.
