10 week fit out from enquiry to completion
Our client needed a fully racked out, 200,000 sqft warehouse with a very short turnaround. Here’s how we did it…
Nene were contacted by a client on a Wednesday afternoon at the beginning of the month. The team were on site in Manchester the next day to assess the need and requirements of the client to factor into the proposal; a perfect example of Nene’s efficiency and professionalism. With a quote delivered and agreed on the Friday of the same week, it was all systems go, with a strict 4-week turnaround for Nene to have materials on site, ready for build.
The huge 200,000 sqft FMCG site required adjustable pallet racking and mesh decking throughout, which was readily available for quick deployment thanks to Nene’s vast stock holding capabilities. With the products and build team on hand and ready, the materials were on site as specified, and the racking made significant progress in a very short period of time.
The Finished Outcome
With completion at the end of October 2019, the whole fit out from inquiry to handover was less than 10 weeks; impressive for a larger than average UK warehouse space and a prime example of why Nene are experts in the industry.
