Contract Services Assistant

• Taking enquiries over the telephone and via email
• Managing open enquiries, sales quotations and any technical queries.
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure that the contract information is accurate and up to date.
• Liaise in a polite, clear and timely manner with clients and internal staff.
• Carry out other administrative duties as required by the Contract Services Manager
