Salary: £22,000 – £23,000   Hours: 40 Hrs a week (08:00am – 16:30pm)

The Role

We are currently looking for an administrator to support our team to ensure Health, Safety, Environmental and CDM compliance through designing and integrated assurance framework to support our external audit requirement and tender process. The framework will be designed to measure our day-to-day operational activities, legal compliance, formulate, schedule, and deliver the training of staff and contractors throughout the Nene Group.

 

Duties

  • Day to Day support to ensure full compliance with legislation, clients, and contractors for HSEQ and training obligations.
  • Supporting with the development of the documentation for an integrated assurance framework (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and SSIP) which would encompass the tender process for our Turnkey projects.
  • Supporting the development of our new Training Academy and best practice working group.
  • Supporting the scheduling of training and managing the records for training delivery for all functions across the contract.
  • Supporting the internal audit system with trend analysis and audit report writing.

Skills & Experience

  • A high-level awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation (e.g., NEBOSH Managing or a willingness to acquire the information)
  • Ability to interface at all levels throughout our organisation and clients
  • IT literate with an excellent understanding of PowerPoint/Word/Excel and how to use technology as an effective tool.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent report writing.
