Live (or dynamic) storage provides first in first out stock rotation whilst achieving good space utilisation. However consideration needs to be given to a consistent high quality base pallet for optimum efficiency.

• Used when stock rotation is paramount.
• This system is designed so that the first pallet in is the first pallet out (FIFO).
• The system utilises standard racking but includes an inclined roller conveyor track.
• A pallet is loaded into the back face & under gravity rolls forward.
• The conveyor sections are designed to suit the pallet size & weight.
• The rollers are mounted in channels or angle section & can be full width or multi-track.
• A variation of this is push-back storage where the pallets are loaded & retrieved from the front face.
